1. The service
Avada Alt Text Generator generates WCAG-evaluated alt text for product images via AI vision models. It is provided free of charge with weekly usage limits.
2. Acceptable use
- Don't upload images you don't have the right to process.
- Don't upload images depicting minors in sensitive contexts, illegal content, or content violating third-party rights.
- Don't use the service for systematic scraping or to power a competing tool. One request = one merchant use case.
- Don't attempt to exhaust quota by creating multiple emails. We rate-limit per IP as well.
3. Quotas
Up to 20 images per check; 20 images per week per email on the free tier. We may adjust these limits at any time.
4. AI accuracy disclaimer
Alt text is generated by AI vision models and may contain errors. Review before publishing. WCAG scoring is heuristic and not a substitute for human accessibility review.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Liability cap
Our total liability for any claim related to this service is capped at USD $0 (the price you paid). For paid Avada products see their separate terms.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Avada for any claims arising from images you submit that violate third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for abuse, fraud, or to comply with law.
9. Governing law
Vietnam. Disputes resolved in the courts of Hanoi.
