2. What we collect

• Email address (when you request CSV/PDF export).
• Uploaded images and Shopify URLs you submit, plus the generated alt text.
• Basic usage analytics via PostHog (page views, clicks, tool events). No third-party advertising cookies.
• UTM parameters from inbound links.

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver the requested CSV/PDF (legitimate interest + your request).
• To send up to 5 follow-up emails about the tool and related Avada products. Unsubscribe link in every email.
• To improve the product (anonymized aggregate metrics).

4. How long we keep it

• Uploaded images: 30 days, then deleted from blob storage.
• Alt text + WCAG results: 90 days, then deleted.
• Email and aggregate metrics: until you request deletion.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Request a copy of your data or its deletion: email [email protected].
• Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email or by emailing us.
• Withdraw consent for analytics: block cookies in your browser or use Do-Not-Track.
